Control and Security Management Policy

GALAXI S.A. is committed to ensuring the integrity of its processes in compliance with its Control and Security Management Policy, with the aim of preventing any illicit activity, including money laundering, bribery, arms trafficking, drug trafficking, terrorism, and other unlawful activities, through the implementation of the Control and Security Management System (SGCS) and in accordance with the general guidelines established for compliance with this policy, which include:

• Reporting or notifying the competent authorities of any illicit activity that may occur.
• Prohibiting all forms of illicit activities within the organization.
• Implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the SGCS.
• Maintaining integrity throughout all its processes.
• Committing its efforts and work to maintaining proper and transparent management.
• Complying with all legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the scope of the company.
• Promoting security in the use of information technologies.

Likewise, recognizing that all of the company’s stakeholders are an essential part of the organization, they must also commit to ensuring the security of their processes and providing the necessary information whenever required.
